During my time at Sutherland Global as Associate Manager for Recruitment Branding, I managed social media content strategy and ran ads to support recruitment campaigns across all four Jamaican locations. I captured videos, coordinated production with external teams, and implemented creative, strategic approaches to fill seats at our Career Driver program. Challenge
